Yes, in summer conditions. ~3.5MPG off in winter.

Yes EPA Hwy mileage is 20, I get about 18 all freeway driving.

Yes and then some... it is close to 30% better than EPA estimates.
The ISUZU TROOPER is rated at 18 mpg... I am getting 22-24 on the highway using Premium fuel... (not required) but gives better or lower (CPM) Cost Per Mile than Regular Unleaded.

I bet a Scan Gauge is an newer version of a Vacuum Gauge... which will do the same thing, only cheaper. Good idea though!

Yes, at a minimum. I usually get much better than the EPA estimated mileage for my Toyota Tacoma. I'm supposed to get 16/19 MPG but I normally get 20 to 21.5.

I added a ScanGuage II and it has educated my right foot in the ways of driving for best economy.

Best accessory I ever bought.
